this site is operated by natalia hohagen, trading as hoha trips. contact: hohatrips@gmail.com. using the site means you accept these terms.

a free hoha account lets you save places. keep your sign-in secure and use a real email address you control. you are responsible for what happens under your account.

membership is a recurring subscription that unlocks complete editorial lists, member-only addresses, the full accessible map, the member layer of what's cooking, spill., personal lists and ongoing additions. it renews automatically until you cancel it. see the refund policy.

a presale is a one-off purchase of a digital guide that has not shipped yet. the delivery window is stated on the guide page at the time of purchase, and the guide appears in your account when it ships. presales are separate from membership.

the custom edit is a fixed-price personal guide. availability and timing are confirmed by natalia after your brief. payment is split: 50% deposit once availability is confirmed, 50% before final delivery.

concierge work is quoted individually. scope, timing, price and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written proposal for that project.

member content is for your own use. do not scrape, resell, republish or bulk-export the list, the guides or the map data, and do not share account access.

this is editorial recommendation, not a reservation service. places close, move, change chefs and change prices. opening hours, dates and map positions are best-effort and can be out of date — always check with the venue before you travel for it.

the writing, photography, guides, lists and design belong to natalia hohagen. buying a guide or a membership gives you a personal licence to read and use it, not to redistribute it.

you can stop at any time by cancelling your membership and asking for your account to be deleted. we can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. any refund remains subject to the refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

these terms are governed by french law and the courts of france, save that mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country remain unaffected.
