• account: your email address and sign-in details when you create a hoha account (email link, google or apple).
• your library: the places you save, the personal lists you make and any trip dates or day assignments you save on a list.
• purchases: membership and city guide purchase metadata (plan, status, renewal date, payment reference). never card numbers.
• service briefs: whatever you send in a custom edit or concierge form — name, email and the answers you type.
• newsletter + email access: emails submitted through hoha trips forms and access gates may be stored first-party by hoha trips. subscriptions made through the substack embed are also processed by substack.
• spill.: the questions members ask and a short usage counter used for rate limiting.
• technical logs: standard request and error logs from hosting.

• lovable — hosting, and the ai gateway that powers spill.

• formsubmit — internal notification emails to natalia, where still used

hoha trips never receives or stores your full card details. all card data is handled by stripe. we only see a reference, the amount, the currency and the status of the purchase.

to run your account, unlock what you paid for, answer your brief, send the letters you asked for, keep the site working and meet accounting obligations.

you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop receiving emails at any time. write to hohatrips@gmail.com and it gets handled. you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly in substack.
