you can cancel at any time, which stops future renewals. you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. where consumer law applies, you can ask for a refund of an initial purchase within 14 days. there is no partial refund for a renewal period that has already started, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

you can cancel and get a full refund any time until the guide is out. just email me. once the digital guide has been delivered to your account, applicable digital-content rules and mandatory consumer protections govern.

the 50% deposit locks your slot in the calendar. it is refundable within 24 hours of confirmation; after that, research and writing have started and the deposit is non-refundable. the remaining 50% is due before final delivery, on the agreed delivery day. mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing for each trip, before anything is paid.
